The retreat’s daily program is designed to start the day with energy and vibrancy, while afternoons are devoted to relaxation, education and time to reflect.

You choose how much, or little you do and create your own experience that is true to your abilities and lifestyle goals.

Your 7 day 6 night package includes lodgings, all meals, free use of all facilities, weekly activities program and per person therapy credits for use in our Eden Spa.

Enjoy $300 of therapies per person when you book a double share lodge and $400 of therapies when you book a single private lodge.
