The daily menus are carefully designed to provide a balance of protein (higher than the recommended daily intake), and bio-available nutrients to promote wellness and reduce cravings.
While dietary allergies such as gluten, dairy, egg and nuts are catered for, we also offer a vegetarian/vegan option and guests with weight loss goals are supported by our kitchen. We are unfortunately unable to cater for personal food menus, food maps or diets.
