Surrounded by a valley of rural producers and bio-dynamic farms, the retreat’s head chef and resident naturopath sources the freshest seasonal ingredients including fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans and grains, which are often organic and always local to one of Australia's longest and best health retreats here at Eden.

The daily menus are carefully designed to provide a balance of protein (higher than the recommended daily intake), and bio-available nutrients to promote wellness and reduce cravings.

While dietary allergies such as gluten, dairy, egg and nuts are catered for, we also offer a vegetarian/vegan option and guests with weight loss goals are supported by our kitchen.  We are unfortunately unable to cater for personal food menus, food maps or diets.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A typical day’s menu at Eden comprises of breakfast, lunch and dinner with morning and afternoon teas.

To maximise the benefits of eating delicious whole foods, alcohol and caffeine are not available.  Meal times are enjoyed overlooking the spectacular valley and mountain views, while an adjoining relaxation lounge is the perfect spot to unwind.

A beautiful place to immerse yourself in nature and soak up all the benefits from it. The retreat focuses on Health and wellbeing in a holistic manner. There are optional programs/treatments to take part in that are designed to empower and nourish your mind, body and spirit. This un-rushed, authentic atmosphere helps to re-connect, re-charge and awaken your better, brighter version of yourself. The food is fantastic, it will feed your soul - it is all organic, wholesome, yummy food completely free from any nasties.
