ABOUT THE PILATES FORUM
We were excited to partner with one of Australia’s top Pilates instructors, Kirsten King from Fluidform Pilates who delivered an extra special, life-changing retreat in August. All the benefits of the Eden program, with the bonus of connecting with Kirsten and being guided by her expertise.
Kirsten experienced immediate personal changes as a result of her stay at Eden and was excited to welcome others to join her for an opportunity to enhance quality of life through Pilates.
Our guests took the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature whilst focusing on aligning body, mind and spirit. Each attendee received a private initial consultation with Kirsten, as well as twice daily group Pilates classes and the full Eden program.

As part of this special retreat, all guests received a private initial consultation with Kirsten King to discuss their individual needs and identified areas to focus on during the week. Kirsten’s highly individualised Pilates instruction is suitable to all stages of life, from everyday function to rehabilitation from injury and surgery through to pre and post natal as well as support for professional athletes.
TWICE DAILY GROUP PILATES SESSIONS
Morning and evening group Pilates sessions were specifically designed so that all attendees gained a significant upskill and progression in their Pilates practice. Private sessions with Kirsten were also available.

With an impressive history in fashion and a Bachelor of Commerce/Law, Pip’s longstanding career has seen her work in PR and Design for Ksubi, whilst also being a freelance stylist with DLM – before landing her Senior Creative and Accessories Designer role at Sass & Bide. This is where her working, creative relationship, and friendship, with P.E co-founder, Claire Tregoning, was cemented.
It was only after Edwards made the pivotal move to General Pants Co as Design Director, that she was able to fully grasp and understand the retail landscape. She’s now made a mark, utilising her own name sake initials and retro-tomboy style, to launch P.E Nation.
