ABOUT THE PILATES FORUM
We were excited to partner with one of Australia’s top Pilates instructors, Kirsten King from Fluidform Pilates who delivered an extra special, life-changing retreat in August. All the benefits of the Eden program, with the bonus of connecting with Kirsten and being guided by her expertise.
Kirsten experienced immediate personal changes as a result of her stay at Eden and was excited to welcome others to join her for an opportunity to enhance quality of life through Pilates.
