GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
A Wellness Consultation will be booked with you during your reservation process. This consultation is required prior to your arrival at Eden. Please call (07) 5533 0333 if you need to amend or confirm your Consultation time.
Before your stay, please email [email protected] to let us know your arrival and departure plans (ie. flight numbers, ETA and ETD).
Eden Transfers
Pick up and drop off location is the Gold Coast Airport (30 min drive). All transfers are $50 per person each way via a shuttle service or $165 for a private transfer.
Arrivals Transfers
Pick-up times are 1:30pm for a prompt 1:45pm departure and 3:00pm for a prompt 3:15pm departure at the Gold Coast (Coolangatta) airport (IMPORTANT: Please book a flight arriving at least 30 minutes prior to transfer time to allow for luggage collection).
Please meet our driver (after collecting your luggage), at the seated area in the centre of the hall near Avis Car Rentals. Our Driver will have your mobile number on the Transfer Schedule so please switch on your phone as soon as you enter the terminal.
We also ask that if you have some spare time before your transfer and you decide to have a drink or something to eat, please be back at the pick-up point 15 minutes prior to your designated pick-up time.
If for any reason there is a change to your details close to your arrival day, please phone Reception on 07 5533 0333 to update us so that we can ensure appropriate changes are made to our Transfer Schedule.
Arrival/check-in time by car
Please arrive between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Please note our program begins at 4:30pm on arrival days and late arrivals may miss out.
Note: Healthy, light snacks are provided on the arrival day.
Departures
Room check-out: By 10:00am
Transfers to the Gold Coast Airport depart Eden at 8:30am and 10:30am. Earlier private transfers can be arranged at $175 for 2 people. Please allow for 45 minutes of travelling time and note your airline’s check-in requirements before booking flights)
Guests departing by own transport: By 10:00am
As a part of the Eden Ethos, we ask our guests to detach from all social media and mobile phones during their stay and to also note that we have no wireless/mobile phone reception in the valley.
We understand that unavoidably some guests do need to “touch base” with loved ones and work, and therefore we provide 24/7 access to phones and limited use of the internet on our guest computer during office hours only. If refraining from technology could pose a problem for you during your stay, please contact Reservations on 07 55330 333.
