Your food journey is an integral part of your time and experience with us at Eden Health Retreat. Our goal is to nurture, nourish, inspire and educate you (and your tastebuds) to give you a new appreciation of nutrition and whole foods, which you can continue to enjoy and explore long after you’ve left Eden.
Nourishment at Eden
Our seasonally set menu has been carefully formulated by our team of chefs and nutritionist to ensure your food experience is nutritionally balanced. We provide four meals a day: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and dinner, with each meal specially created to feed your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul.
We also have a wide selection of organic, therapeutic herbal teas for you to enjoy throughout the day. To maximise your wellness during your stay, we do not serve any alcohol.
Wholesome ingredients
All of our meals are gluten-free and are created from a wide variety of the highest-quality fruits and vegetables. A small number of our meals use a combination of locally sourced seafood and organic meats. We also utilise a small amount of organic dairy, plant-based proteins, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
We provide vegan and vegetarian alternatives and can cater to dietary allergies such as dairy, eggs and nuts.

We believe in restoring your body from the inside out through nutritionally dense foods, optimum hydration and conscious health rituals. By fuelling your body with macro- and micro-nutrients, our food and nutrition team ensures that you leave with a new sense of wellness and intention through our inspiring menu and nutritional-based education programs.
Dining in luxury
Bask in the ultimate dining experience as you overlook the spectacular valley views while you enjoy our delicious offerings. Our custom-built demonstration kitchen located inside the dining room is the perfect space for you to learn and observe tools and techniques to enable you to easily recreate the Eden food experience once you return home.
