Raise your glass to a very Merry Christmas and a fresh start to the New Year with our Pineapple and Coconut Mocktail! Whatever your festive celebrations entail this weekend, this sweet and refreshing recipe is a wonderful alcohol alternative, making it the perfect Christmas treat.
- 1 Fresh Organic Pineapple
- 60ml Coconut cream
- 15ml Organic maple syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- 5g Desiccated coconut
- 6 Ice cubes
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for three minutes.
To add a special festive touch, coat the rims of your glasses with maple syrup. Turn the glass upside down and press the rims into desiccated coconut. Serve with dried pineapple and a fresh lime wedge.
